Solution architect & fullstack Java / Angular developer — Digipay

Digitransfer money-transfer platform

On this page

Context

Digipay is a fintech specialised in international money transfer, aiming to expand to several countries. Its platform, Digitransfer, therefore had to be scalable and configurable to adapt to each country's financial legislation and regulation. It also had to be robust, highly secure since it handles money, and offer very low latency. As solution architect, within a Scrum team, I took part in designing the microservices architecture (API gateway, caching) with these constraints in mind, and in building the platform: backend, admin panel and mobile app.

What I did

  • Taking part in the microservices architecture design (API gateway, caching)
  • Building Java/Spring microservices, including User Access
  • Building modules for transactions, customers, partners (agents), prefundings and validation
  • Application security with Spring Security / JWT / CORS / CSRF
  • Ionic mobile application
  • Support, incident handling and log-based anomaly analysis
  • Working in a Scrum team: daily meetings, retrospectives and sprint reviews

Results

  • Part of the team that delivered a full platform: backend, admin and mobile

  • Platform designed to adapt to each country's financial regulation
