Privacy policy

This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no audience analytics or advertising tools, and shares no data with ad networks.

Preferences kept on your device: theme, text size and contrast (browser local storage) and chosen language (functional cookie “rk_lang”, one year). They only remember your choice and are never sent to third parties.

Comments: if you post a comment, your display name and message are stored and shown publicly with the publication date. Do not enter sensitive personal data. Your IP address is only used to limit abuse (number of comments per period) and is not stored in clear.

Anti-spam: a non-interactive Cloudflare Turnstile check is loaded only when you start writing a comment. Cloudflare then receives technical signals from your browser (including your IP address) to tell humans from bots. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data (for example to have a comment removed). Write to ing.ricardokono@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority ( www.cnil.fr (opens in a new tab) ).

Retention periods

Comments (display name, message, date) are kept for 2 years from the date they are posted, then deleted automatically. You can ask for their removal at any time (see “Your rights”). IP addresses are never stored in clear.
